Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tablespoon flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    drop of tabasco sauce
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 pound fresh or thawed shrimp
    4 - 6 servings prepared rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine, add onion, celery, and garlic. Saute until tender. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and tabasco. Add tomatoes including liquid, simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp, heat to cook shrimp and serve over rice.
