Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. water (that potatoes were cooked in)
1/4 c. warm tap water
1 1/2 pkg. yeast
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
5 to 6 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except eggs, well with 1 cup of the flour.
Add the eggs, then add the rest of the flour.
Put into a greased bowl and let rise to double size.
Push down and refrigerate overnight.
