Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. vanilla wafers
    1 c. ground nut meats (walnuts or pecans)
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    3 tsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1/2 c. rum
Preparation
    Put cookies and nut meats in blender or meat grinder.
    Add remainder of ingredients in order given.
    Knead into workable dough; shape into small balls and roll in confectioners sugar and refrigerate.
    Let mellow for one day before using.
