Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add flour, alternately with mixture.
    Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
