Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat, picked over
1/2 c. fine fresh bread crumbs
1/3 c. melted and cooled butter
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
1 large egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Form into 2 1/2-inch cakes.
Chill, covered loosely, for 30 minutes.
In large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat until foaming.
Cook crab cakes for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
