Summer Squash Or Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cooked squash, diced small
1/4 mango, diced
1/2 diced onion
3/4 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
1/4 c. celery, chopped (optional)
4 to 6 saltine crackers
salt and pepper to taste
butter
Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
-
Mix together vegetables and tomatoes.
Crumble up crackers and mix with remaining ingredients.
Put in casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
