Pork Chops Pacifica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick chops
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    2 envelopes instant chicken broth
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 onions, sliced
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Season pork chops to taste with salt and pepper.
    Brown well on both sides.
    Put in a shallow baking dish.
    Stir instant chicken broth into boiling water and pour mixture over chops.
    Add rice, onions, tomato and green peppers.
    Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
    Cover tightly with lid or foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
