Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can carrots
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Drain the carrots and put through sieve.
    There should be a generous cup.
    Combine with sugar, salt and spice.
    Add beaten eggs, milk and butter.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
