Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. tomato juice
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    4 large onions, put through blender
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice in a bag
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Drain water off tomato juice after setting for 2 hours, then put juice through blender.
    Mix all with a little cold water and add to juice.
    Boil for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, then thicken with Clear Jell; bottle and seal.
