Fried Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tender okra
Tony Cachere's creole seasoning
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cornmeal
oil
Preparation

Cut tender, young okra into 1 inch rounds and season with creole seasoning.
In a small mixing bowl, beat egg and add milk. Dip okra in mixture and roll in seasoned cornmeal.
Fry in 360\u00b0 oil until crisp and brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
