Grecian-Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 12 oz. total)
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
    1 small zucchini, sliced (1 c.)
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped (1/3 c.)
    1/2 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 tsp. lime or lemon juice
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    3 c. cooked couscous
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry chicken.
    Place wheat germ in small bowl; coat chicken with wheat germ.
    In large skillet, cook chicken, uncovered, in 1 tablespoon hot oil over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
    Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
    In same skillet, cook zucchini, green pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in remaining hot oil for 3 minutes. Add water; cook 1 minute more.
    Remove from heat; stir in lime or lemon juices and tomato wedges.
