Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan until melted.
    Mix in baking mix, salt, paprika and pepper; coat chicken.
    Place chicken pieces, skin sides down in pan.
    Bake uncovered in 425\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Turn chicken; bake uncovered until done, 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
