Cooked Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. olive oil
chopped bell pepper
chopped celery
minced garlic
chopped onion
1/2 hot pepper
oregano
black pepper
salt
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Before serving 4 cups cooked rice, stir in 2 tablespoons finely chopped pimiento and 2 tablespoons minced parsley.
