Holiday Candy Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. each: Brazil nuts cut in 3 or 4 pieces, pecans cut in 2 pieces and English walnuts cut in 2 or 3 pieces
1/2 c. each: red and green candied cherries, cut in half
1 c. sliced candied pineapple
Preparation

Cook sugar, white corn syrup and cream until soft ball forms. Beat until slightly thickened. Add vanilla and remaining ingredients. Stir well. Line jelly roll pan with waxed paper lightly buttered. Put candy in pan and dip fingers in water; press candy into pan. Slice after 24 hours.
