Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

butter (for sauteing)
1 c. each: onion, carrot, potato and celery
2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. green pepper
1 (49 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Melt butter in pan; add vegetables and saute until tender. Add broth gradually.
Add milk to flour, then combine with vegetables and broth in large pot.
Bring to boil and let thicken for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add Cheez Whiz and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 generous servings.
