Turkey Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked turkey
2 1/2 c. diced celery
2 1/2 c. apples, diced and unpeeled
1/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine diced pieces of cooked turkey, celery, apples and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon, then add to large bowl. Fold together.
May serve on a lettuce leaf.
This serves 6.
