Unusual Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Carrot 'n Spice cake mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan or a 10 x 13-inch pan.
    In a large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
    By hand, stir in nuts, raisins and drained pineapple.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
