Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red sweet peppers
    12 green sweet peppers
    9 large onions
    2 lb. sugar
    1 qt. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop or grind peppers and onions.
    Cover with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Cover again and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Cover with sugar and vinegar. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Add seeds and pack into hot jars.
    Seal at once.
