Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (18 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (I use Meadow Gold, 99 cents a can)
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla and nuts.
    Spread evenly onto an 8 or 9-inch pan that has been lined with wax paper.
    Chill at least 2 hours or until firm.
    Turn fudge onto a cutting board.
    Peel off wax paper.
    Cut into squares. Store loosely at room temperature.
