Fluffy Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Flour
    2/3 tsp. Salt
    4 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Egg
    1 tbsp. melted Shortening or Oil
    2/3 c. Milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder into mixture of beaten egg, shortening and milk.
    Mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling broth (4 c. or more). Cover and cook gently for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
