Lasagna D'Italia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    4 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 bulb garlic, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    2 lb. ground beef or 1 1/2 lb. beef and 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    3 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. rosemary
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 c. hot water
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted water and drain.
    Heat Wesson oil in skillet.
    Cook garlic and onion until soft.
    Add meat and seasonings and cook until crumbly.
    Add tomato paste and hot water; simmer for 5 minutes and set aside.
