Cranberry-Orange Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries (4 c.)
Preparation
    In crockery cooker, combine sugar, orange peel and juice; stir until sugar is nearly dissolved.
    Stir in cranberries.
    Cover; cook on low heat setting for 6 hours.
    Mash berries.
    Chill until served.
    Makes 4 cups.
