Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups raw apples
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dice apples, break eggs over, and mix with fork.
Add sugar, nuts, cinnamon, and oil.
Sift salt, baking soda, and flour.
Add to mixture.
Grease and flour 9x12 oblong pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
