Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, diced
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
    1 to 2 green peppers, diced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock-pot; stir well and coat steak.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Cover; cook in crock-pot on high for 1 hour, then turn on low and cook for 8 hours.
    Or, cook on high for 5 hours. Serve over rice.
