Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 c. flour plus 2 Tbsp.
1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream butter with sugar.
Add beaten egg, stirring slowly.
In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt).
Slowly add flour mixture to egg mixture, a little at a time, alternating with the milk, and stirring only enough to mix.
(Batter will be lumpy.)
Stir 2 tablespoons flour into blueberries, then fold berries into batter. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
Makes 12.
