Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 small green pepper, sliced thin
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel carrots, slice and cook in a small amount of water until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Place a layer of carrots in a shallow dish.
    Top with a layer of green pepper and then onion.
    Repeat layering.
