Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drain (save juice; add milk to make 1 c. liquid)
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. soft bread cubes
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    4 large green peppers
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the first 8 ingredients.
    Cut green peppers in 1-inch rings; stuff them and bake in shallow pan 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Put ketchup and cheese mixture on top and bake 10 minutes more.
