Brownie Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch pie shell
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine.
Cool slightly.
Mix together water, egg yolks, vanilla and brown sugar.
Stir into chocolate.
Fold in flour and salt.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into chocolate.
Add pecans.
Spread into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
