Lynn'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. bag or 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes. Press out liquid. Mix all ingredients. Bake in large casserole dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if glass).
