Artichoke Cheese Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 slices Growheat white bread, cubed with crusts
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, drained and quartered
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine.
    Layer half each of bread cubes, sauteed veggies, cheese, artichokes and pimientos in lightly greased 9-inch quiche dish.
    Repeat layers.
