Persimmon Pudding With Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    2 c. persimmons, pulp
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 - 400 degrees mix butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well.
    Add persimmons and dry ingredients.
    Mix well and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
