Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 ground chuck
1 medium onion, minced
2 ribs celery, chopped into small pieces
1/2 sweet pepper (red)
5 slices bread crumbs (can be prepared in the blender)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
garlic salt to taste
2 to 3 drops liquid smoke
milk (if needed)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Roll into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
