Eagle Brand Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. chopped dates
1/2 lb. cherries
2 cans moist coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. whole pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Grease pan and line with oiled paper. Pack ingredients with buttered hands.
Bake at 300\u00b0 in pan of hot water for 1 hour.
Then take out of hot water and bake 15 minutes more.
Leave cake in pan.
