Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 c. milk
    4 c. half and half cream
    1 can Milnot
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar, a little at a time.
    Beat until mixture is thick.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Makes 1 gallon.
