Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Fleischmann's margarine, softened
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters original
    3 Tbsp. Minute Maid lemon juice
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture onto bottom of a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
