Banana Bread(Very Moist And Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    4 large ripe bananas
Preparation
    Cream together oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add mashed bananas, flour and soda (dissolved in buttermilk).
    Last, add vanilla and 1/2 cup nuts, if desired.
    Bake in a greased loaf pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool partially in pan. Remove and cool completely before slicing.
    Makes 1 loaf.
