Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut each tomato in half.
    Place, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle cut surface with salt and pepper.
    Combine the remaining ingredients.
    Spoon a portion on top of each tomato; spread to cover cut surface.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 15 minutes or until topping is lightly puffed and tomatoes are hot.
