1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 Tbsp. low calorie Italian salad dressing
4 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut chicken in bite-size pieces.
Mix with salad dressing. Marinate 1 hour.
Combine bread crumbs and cheese.
Roll chicken in mix or shake in a bag.
Arrange in single layer in pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 475\u00b0 about 8 minutes.
Serves 4, 220 calories each.
