Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small Onion
    1 Green Pepper
    1 tsp. Chopped Garlic
    1\\4 lb. Hamburger
    3 13oz. size Tomato Sauce
    3 12oz. size Toamto Paste
    6 Cans of Water
    5 tbsp. Sugar
    1 Bay Leaf
    Garlic Powder, Italian seasonings, Salt and Pepper to taste.
Preparation
    In large saucepan fry hamburg, onion, pepper and garlic till hamburg is brown. Add tomato sause, paste and water mix well.
    Add sugar, bay leaf, seasonings. Also sprinkle parmesan and romano cheese.
    Simmer on low for a day and a half until thick.
