Barbecue Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. meat
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place meat in roasting pan; lay onions on top and pour over the sauce made from remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours in moderate oven or until brown.
    Baked potatoes go well with this.
