Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped apricots
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation
    Soak apricots in 1/2 cup warm water for 30 minutes.
    Beat eggs, sugar and melted margarine.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice.
    Add apricots and nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 5 x 9-inch bread pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
