Cherry Blossom Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling liquid (water or fruit syrup)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
2 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1/3 c. slivered blanched almonds
Preparation

If using canned cherries, be sure to use the cherry syrup in the liquid.
You'll get a richer color and flavor plus requests for seconds.
