Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole orange, ground up
1 c. cranberry sauce
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small box raspberry gelatin
Preparation

Make gelatin according to directions on box, except use the pineapple juice instead of water.
Chill until thickened.
Combine remaining ingredients and blend by hand.
Add to thickened gelatin and mix well.
Chill until firm.
If the mixture is somewhat sour from the orange, add sugar to taste.
