Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 yellow squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. onion
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook squash with onion and drain.
Salt and pepper to taste. Combine in saucepan the soup, butter and milk.
When melted, add squash and pour into baking dish.
Top with cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
