Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pkg. coconut
1/2 c. can cream of coconut
1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Bake cake according to box directions as to size of pan and temperature for baking.
Punch holes in cake while it is still hot with a fork.
Dribble Eagle Brand milk over cake, then dribble 1/2 can cream of coconut over cake.
Freeze other half of cream of coconut for later use.
Cool cake thoroughly.
Cover top with Cool Whip, then spread with coconut.
This can be baked in an oblong pan.
