Four Cheese Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. fettucine noodles
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella (2 oz.)
    1/4 c. grated Fontina (1 oz.)
    1/4 c. grated Provolone (1 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. Romano
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook fettucine according to package; drain and set aside. Over medium-low heat melt butter; stir in milk and cheese.
    Stir together cheese mixture, parsley and pepper with fettucine.
    Serve sprinkled with additional grated Romano cheese.
