White Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried Great Northern white beans
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 medium onion, diced
    12 oz. can chopped mild green chilies
    1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/8 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 gal. chicken stock
    3/8 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1/2 Tbsp. ground oregano
    1/2 Tbsp. onion salt
    3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    8 oz. beer
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in cold water.
    Wash chicken and cover with 1/2 of spice mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Saute onions, chilies and garlic for 1 minute.
    Drain beans and add beans and stock to pot.
    Add sauteed vegetables, spice mixture and beer.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours or until beans are tender.
    Dice chicken into quarter size pieces.
    Add to stock and simmer a little longer.
