Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 1/2 medium onions, grated
    3 1/4 c. turkey broth
    1 1/4 c. Stove Top mix
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Add buttermilk, eggs and oil and mix well.
    Place 1 tablespoon shortening in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet in a 450\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
    Tilt pan evenly to distribute shortening.
    Pour batter into skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool and crumble the cornmeal into a large bowl.
    Cook celery and onion in 1/4 cup broth in a skillet until tender.
    Add celery mixture, remaining broth and remaining ingredients to cornbread crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into a large greased baking dish.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
