Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds shelled, deveined, cooked shrimp
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1/3 c. oil
3 tsp. hot mustard
2 minced clove garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
chives
Preparation

In a large bowl combine vinegar, catsup, horseradish, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Blend in oil.
Add shrimp.
Chill, serve in a bowl with toothpicks; garnish with chives.
Serves 6.
