Blender Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    4 to 5 carrots
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into 2-inch pieces.
    Quarter onion.
    Place 1/4 of cabbage in blender.
    Cover in water.
    Chop and drain.
    Repeat with remaining cabbage, onion and carrots.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and chill.
    Serves 10 to 12.
